This extraordinary project was built in Gjakovë, as a step towards increasing the production of renewable energy as well as towards sustainable and responsible development. Thus, EcoPark becomes the first local company that has made an investment of this size in “Eco-investing”, or in renewable energy, being fully convinced that it is the responsibility of each of us and of the vital importance that the generations we leave a clean and healthy environment.
Additionally, it is developing a 100 megawatt hour of solar energy in Kosovo.
This landmark initiative sets an example for Kosovo and beyond, highlighting the vital importance of environmental and social responsibility.
This project is in the phase of expansion and will triple the capacity of generation of electricity from renewable resources.
In addition, to Kosovo, Eco Park is in the process of developing more than 100 megawatt solar power capacity in Albania and northern Macedonia.
As per wind power energy, Eco Park is developing 30 megawatt hour in Albania.
